This was the case again at this year's IFT Annual Meeting & Expo. Inovatech's Nutrition Division did not exhibit at this years event but that did not stop us from a very productive time in Chicago. In attendance were Phil Vanderpol (Director, Nutrition Division), Suzanne Hammer (Sales Manager) and Marcela Cota (Technical & Nutritional Development Manager). Each conducted valuable meetings with key existing and potential customers. Presented at the meetings were our two new studies:
The Effects of Whey Protein Source on the Texture and Shelf-life Properties of Protein-enriched Nutrition Bars and Inpro 80 Low Fat in Yogurt.
